1. General

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
3. Payment Timing
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- If payment cannot be processed, the order will not be confirmed.
4. Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Return Policy.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used at purchase.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 banking days to appear in your account.
5. Prices & Taxes
- All prices shown include VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with Swedish and EU regulations.
- Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
- BEEMONDO AB reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, currency fluctuations, or supplier costs.
6. Security
All payments are encrypted and handled securely by our certified payment providers. BEEMONDO AB does not store or have access to your full payment details.
7. Complaints (Reklamation)
- You have the right to make a complaint if a product is faulty, damaged, or differs from what was agreed.
- For consumers within the EU, the right to complain is valid for 2 years from the date you received the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.
- For consumers in Sweden, this period is extended to 3 years, in accordance with the Konsumentköplagen.
- For consumers outside the EU, BEEMONDO AB offers the same 2-year complaint period unless local mandatory consumer protection laws provide stronger rights.
- Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Complaints made within 2 months of discovering the defect are always considered within a reasonable time.
- In the case of an approved complaint, BEEMONDO AB will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement product, a repair, or a refund.
