Orders & Shipping

We ship worldwide!
Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on a working day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 (CET), or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped the next working day.

Please note: During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Sweden: FREE for subscribers, 89 SEK with Bring. Express delivery available.
  • EU: FREE for subscribers, €12 with UPS. Express delivery available.
  • UK, Norway & Switzerland: €20 with UPS. Express delivery available.
  • USA: €30 with UPS. Express delivery available.
  • Rest of the world: €30 with UPS. Express delivery available.

All subscriber orders are delivered in our signature BEEMONDO luxury gift box — designed to make every purchase feel special. This complimentary packaging is exclusive to subscribers and is yours to keep.
  • UK, Norway & Switzerland: Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your country’s government and are not included in BEEMONDO’s prices or shipping costs.
  • Rest of the world (outside EU): Similarly, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees determined by your local authorities.

The courier or your local customs office may contact you directly for payment before delivery.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your order’s journey.
If your tracking link doesn’t work or you’re experiencing issues, please contact our customer care team at hello@beemondo.co. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your BEEMONDO purchase. You can return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all original tags and packaging must be intact and not removed for the return to be accepted.
No - the BEEMONDO gift box is yours to keep. We believe every order should feel special, so our signature gift box is part of your experience with us. Even if you return your items, the gift box is a complimentary gift and does not need to be sent back.
  1. First, report your return by emailing hello@beemondo.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Each order includes a pre-printed return label for your convenience. Once your return is approved, simply re-pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off with the specified courier.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund.
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.
  • Customers are responsible for this cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we have received and approved your return. The deducted return shipping cost will be clearly shown on your refund confirmation.
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
